We require a Service Advisor to assist the Service Manager in the running of a busy Service department including the following
Maintain workshop scheduler system to co-ordinate workflow ensuring adequate coverage is provided
Provide contact for customers to ensure technical support matters are recorded and resolved.
Liaise with sales and parts departments as well as suppliers to ensure highest level of customer support on technical/warranty issues.
Emphasis on increasing revenues and customer service by improving department operating efficiencies.
Process all engineer paperwork
Previous experience of a service or parts department in a Heavy Plant, Agricultural or Commercial Vehicle dealership would be advantageous
